My prices
The prices below are starting prices, all taxes included. The exact amount depends on your installation: I always give you a written quote before I start work.
VAT rates at a glance
The price you pay including VAT depends on the VAT rate, which varies with your property and the type of work.
To benefit from the reduced rate, you simply confirm that the property was completed more than 2 years ago: I note it on the quote. The prices including VAT on this page are calculated for a home more than 2 years old.
